Located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Rochester, the Mental Fitness Center offers educational groups and classes that focus on such issues as parenting, hypnobirthing and newborn massage, eating habits and a diet's effect on behavior and more. Yoga classes are also available.

The agency provides a broad range of highly effective services that help children, adults and families unlock potential and build better lives. Services spanning Early Childhood, Children and Youth Services, Adult Services, and Developmental Disabilities are delivered with excellence and professionalism in an atmosphere of caring, hope and respect. Each year The Guidance Center serves more than 25,500 children and adults.
