Adventures of the Heart & Mind (AHM, Adventures Counseling) is a Marriage and Family Therapy Corporation serving individuals, couples and families through supportive and integrative mental health services. We provide psychotherapy, assessments, psychoeducation and resources to the community with an emphasis on the highest level of quality care. AHM intends to provide supportive services, events and trainings for mental health professionals. Adventures of the Heart & Mind aims to provide a positive, non-judgmental and empowering environment for healing and growth of all. AHM takes a positive psychology, strengths based and trauma-informed perspective. We believe that every individual and system is capable of change and growth. We believe that not every person or system can be successful by using the same methods, which is why we place such great importance on individualized approaches and creative solutions.
