I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice serving the Los Gatos, Campbell, Saratoga, and West San Jose area. I will listen and absorb your story and work with you to unlock your strengths, your courage, and your unrecognized talents and passions. We will also work together to uncover the emotional and mental roadblocks that have kept you stuck in the past; helping you to push through them and move forward to a better future. In addition to my counseling experience, I also have an M.S. in Human Resources Management and 16 years of experience in the corporate world coaching and training employees and managers to communicate effectively. I can work with you to improve your business communication skills, plan career or job changes, deal with layoffs or a job search, and to improve your self-management in the workplace.
