Cooperatives in Bayside, New York

Since the 1970s, the Bay Terrace Co-Operative has established themselves as well-built and financially secure buildings in the northern Bayside community. They have one-, two- and three- bedroom units available that are well-maintained and consistently updated. These residences are in School District 25.

Bay Terrace Co-Op Sec 12 is the maintenance office of the building in which it is located. On Bell Boulevard and 23rd Avenue, the co-op building has all of its complaints and maintenance needs met by those of the office. The office is available to assist residents by appointment.
