The Massanutten Technical Center, established in 1972, is a career school that offers more than 15 programs for high school students in Harrisonburg City and Rockingham County in Virginia. The center provides courses in carpentry, masonry, practical nursing, drafting and welding. It manages a full-service special education department. The Massanutten Technical Center also offers adult and continuing education programs. The center provides options to participate in several student organizations, including the Future Farmers of America and the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. In addition, it provides dual enrollment programs through Blue Ridge Community College. The Massanutten Technical Center publishes a newsletter.
