IDO started out in 1995 in Newport Beach, CA as a commercial ISP and was very successful. During that time, IDO was forced into software programming due to the non-existing software on the market, that did not cover IDOs needs as a growing IT company. IDO provides Internet Access, Data Services, System/Network Engineering, Software and Web Application Development. In 1999, IDO relocated to Eugene, Oregon and continued developing software that would benefit ISPs, Small - Large Business as well as Non-Profits. In 2001, IDO began its relationship with the 5th Street Market and placed offices on the 3rd floor. Rapidly growing, IDO once again offered internet access service and grew faster then foreseen. As more and more customers came to IDOs office for computer related issues, such as modem replacements for the ISP and computer repair requests and customer care from IDOs ISP, Network and Web Services of local and national clients, thus The Web Zone concept began and became IDOs Storefront in 2001. The Web Zone is a Eugene Family Owned and Operated Small Business. Our Small Business has grown simply by word of mouth and our clean, family and very customer friendly atmosphere. Our customer are always commenting on how great our customer care, attention to detail and how quickly we fix or troubleshoot repairs and networks when other techs couldnt. We simply believe that our customers work hard for their money as we do and should not let anyone cut their their teeth ( gain hands on experience ) on our clients or our dime.
