The Carco Theatre is available for rent daily from 6:00 a.m. to midnight for private events. People of all ages can find something to enjoy at the theatre, wether it's "Storybook Theatre" for children ages 3 through 10 or the Renton Youth Symphony Orchestra. The theatre shares a large parking lot with the Renton Community Center and the Henry Moses Aquatic Center.

Carpenters Local #1797 is a fraternal organization and full-referral union of over 1700 apprentice and journeyman carpenters who are dispatched to South and East King County daily. Chartered in 1936, the union has resided in this building since 1957 and has plans to renovate soon, condensing the footprint, becoming handicapped accessible and expanding parking. Ecclesia Community Church is a Renton-based religious institution that holds regular worship services each Sunday at 8:30am.
