Pierce College offers associates degrees primarily in the sciences and arts. It also offers degrees in areas such as social services, dentistry and early childhood education. In addition to the campus in Puyallup, it has three more in Fort Lewis, South Hill and McChord Airforce Base.

The Western Washington Fair Association hosts two annual events, the 17-day Puyallup Fair every September, and the four-day Puyallup Spring Fair every April.
Situated south of Seattle and east of Tacoma in the shadow of majestic Mount Rainier, the Fair & Events Center comprises 169+ acres, with buildings and land valued at more than $54 million.
The facilities are available for rent during the year, making the grounds a valuable community resource. A staff of 55 works year-round. Over 1,900+ employees are hired each September during the Puyallup Fair.
Pastor Joe Finley of Puyallup's Living Hope Church believes busy hands do the Lord's work, which is why there are activities planned nearly every day of the week for family members of all ages.
Aside from Sunday services, there's Prayer and Praise Together at 6pm, Ladies' Bible Study on Thursdays at 9:30am and Family Night on Wednesdays at 7pm.
Living Hope Church sponsors numerous local ministries allowing congregation members an opportunity to get involved in their community by engaging in the service of others less fortunate.
