Wilburton Hill Park is the largest upland park in the city encompassing a wide variety of activity and play recreational opportunities. The park's trail is a major link in the Lake to Lake Trail and Greenway System. Both baseball fields and the soccer fields are used frequently for practices and games. A large collection of picnic tables sit on top of a bluff with a view of both the parking lot to the soccer field and the two baseball fields. The large children's play area features a small zip line and swings.

Kelsey Creek Park is made up of 160 acres of forest, meadows and wetlands. Its grounds are woven with hiking and jogging trails. Picnickers may enjoy beautiful grassy areas and families with young children often make use of the playground. The creeks, wetlands and forests round out the parks natural habitat. 

The jewel of the park is its farm. It features historic barns. The barns are strikingly beautiful, as they sit prominently on the crest of a hill, overlooking shallow valleys on either side. Farm programs include children's recreational programs, seasonal camps, pony care and farm experience classes, farm-themed tours and many volunteer opportunities.

Newport Yacht Club's amenities include a marina, swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. The Newport Covenant Church is a member of The Evangelical Covenant Church. It offers two styles of services on Sunday. The 9am service is a contemporary service aimed at people of all ages.  The 10:45am service, Extol, is a service geared toward youth culture, although it also is appropriate for all age groups.

The church has a variety of ministry and fellowship opportunities, including groups for women, young adults and a kids choir. The church also distributes food bags for those in need from 9am to noon Wednesdays.

The church is adjacent to Newport Covenant Christian Preschool, which has classes for children as young as 2 years of age.

The Bellevue Downtown Association is a nonprofit organization concerned with the continuing evolution of downtown Bellevue as the economic and cultural heart of the Eastside. Members include local businesses, residential properties and individuals who are concerned about downtown.
