Pine Lake Covenant Church charts its history on the Sammamish Plateau back to the 1960s, when Robert Larson helped buy land for a place to worship and to serve families. By 1982, residents from the area had signed a charter for a "new faith community"—one that would serve the areas around Issaquah and Redmond. The church was built. Members held their first church service on Easter in 1989.

Worshiping together since 1959, Lake Washington United Methodist Church focuses on the family and surrounding community. Pastor Kelly Dahlman-Oeth leads Sunday service at 10am and church groups include children, youth and adult groups. Music is a large part of the church with choir and musicians leading hymns. There are many services designed to help members get the most out of their worship including greeters who welcome members upon arrival Sunday mornings, worship crying rooms for families with little ones and wireless hearing aids and large print hymnals for use during the service.

Not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous, "The Club" holds numerous daily meetings, book studies and other programs such as Marijuana Anonymous. For more than 30 years, the Alano Club has offered friendship, service opportunities and support to the Eastside community.
Faith Lutheran Church holds Sunday worship at 9am and 11am, in addition to Sunday School at 10:10am. The church offers many other programs and outreach services, including bible study. Faith Lutheran School, located on the church grounds, provides a comprehensive education for pre-school and elementary students.
Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church opened in 1965. Its current sanctuary has 1,500 seats. Chapel Hill also offers athletic and music programs. In the future, the church plans to expand its property with a youth center, a meeting room and a cafe. Reverend Dr. Mark James Toone is the senior pastor at Chapel Hill.
