The Lansdale Historical Society is an all volunteer operated municipal historic site, featuring a house built in 1770. Activities for all ages abound at the North Penn Y. Starting at age 2 and going all the way up through the golden years, the YMCA offers activities such as swimming, weightlifting, cardio, basketball, soccer, hockey, swing dancing, merengue, rock climbing and tae kwon do.
Seventh graders get a free membership, and anyone can download a free two-week pass and try it out. There's even free babysitting for the munchkins while mom and pop use the gym.

Family Worship Center (FWC) has been reaching out to the people of Lansdale to spread the word of the Christian Bible since 1984. It describes its three-part ministry as "evangelism, edification and fellowship."
