More than 50 years old, Lemon Grove Park has six acres of space. Complete with a playground, basketball court, gazebo, picnic areas and a comfortable walking path, there is something at this park for everyone who likes to get outside.

The American Legion Dewitt C. Mitchell Post 201 is a branch of the largest veterans organization in the nation. This particular office is conveniently located near the 94 and 125 freeways on Federal Boulevard. The VFW Lemon Grove has information about community service involvement, citizenship educations, youth scholarship, safety programs and a Ladies Auxiliary.
New Horizons Missionary Baptist Church is a quaint little church with bright blue trim nestled on a hilltop above Lemon Grove. It is on a small street, so turn when you see Charley's Famous Hamburgers. It has services on Sundays as well as Tuesdays. It also meets on Wednesdays for a Bible study and prayer meeting.
