The Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks in Lake City serves the community through student scholarships, assistance to veterans and programs about drug awareness, community investment and Americanism, an essay contest for children. Richmond Beach Community Park serves the residents of Richmond Beach and greater Shoreline. It features a play area and greenbelt and is located next to the Richmond Beach Library.
