This community center is the meeting point for the Federation of India Community Association, a non-profit organization for Asian Indians. The center is recognized by the Ohio Historical Society as the first of its kind in the state. Established in 1978, the FICA represents issues concerning the Asian-Indian community.

The Highland Heights Community Center is a community facility with two large rooms and a kitchen. At the Alta House in Little Italy, many services are available to the community which are meant to enrich the culture. The Alta House provides senior services such as homemaking, nutrition programs and transportation. Children and youth services are organized at the Alta House like tutoring, youth sport leagues, art programs and field trips. Adult sport leagues are also available as well as Italian classes for all ages.
The Civic Conference & Events Center is a 100,000 square foot hall. The center provides catering for everything from banquets, to balls, to awards dinners.
