This branch of Westchester County Community Centers is a recreational facility located in Ossining. It can be found near the corner of Washington Street and Highland Avenue in the downtown area. The grounds include basketball and tennis courts, along with play space for children, park benches and picnic tables.
The City of Peekskill Neighborhood Center is located in the Richard E. Hayes Building Plaza across from City Hall. It shares a lobby with the Field Public Library and the Children's Library. The building was established in 1978 and houses services and programs to different community groups.
The Community Room and Senior Nutrition Programs are held upstairs towards the back left of the lobby. The Putnam Westchester BOCES holds Adult literacty and occupational training classes in the basement of the building.
