Established in 1966, North Central Community Action Agencies Inc. is a nonprofit corporation, helping economically disadvantaged people to become self-sufficient and less dependent on public assistant. Located in Michigan City, Ind., the organization offers a range of programs and services in the categories of energy assistance, home weatherization, women/infants/children program (WIC) and emergency rental assistance.
