Mass Bay Community College is an accredited two-year college with campuses in Framingham, Ashland and Wellesley. The Framingham campus is located in the former Farley Middle School, next door to Fuller Middle School and across the street from McCarthy Elementary School.

Students attending Mass Bay receive academic preparation in order to transfer to a four-year college or university, or for career preparation or job retraining.

The college offers an open admissions policy. More than ten percent of its students come from Framingham, and almost half the students attend evening classes.

The Independent Association of Framingham State Alumni, or IAFSA, is a non-profit self governed organization that has been in operation since 1874.  IAFSA receives and distributes scholarships, awards and no-interest loans to students enrolled at Framingham State University. 

Funding is the product of donations, bequests and the rental of the Alumni House, which is maintained by IAFSA and can be rented for business and family functions.

Founded in 2001, MetroWest Jewish Day School is an educational campus located in Framingham, Mass. It employs a staff of more than 20 teachers and paraprofessionals who offer instruction in various areas, such as English, math, science, history and language arts. The institution enrolls students in pre-kindergarten through grade five and organizes several events, such as open house discussions, picnics, and science and technology fairs. MetroWest Jewish Day School also provides text-based lessons that encourage students to embrace the Jewish values of learning and living. In addition, the institution has a family connection group that organizes fundraising activities, family events, singing concerts and social programs.

Framingham State College has been operational for more than 50 years. Located in Framingham, Mass., it enrolls more than 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students annually. The college is approved by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Council for Professional Development, the American Dietetic Association, and National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
