Easter Seals has development centers across the United States dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and special needs.  The Easter Seals Sylvan Hills location has three support programs:  Early Head Start, Head Start, and  Pre-K.  Students are placed in one of these three groups according to their age.  Easter Seal teachers, teachers from Atlanta Public Schools, and local therapists assist special needs students at the facility. Easter Seals services are free to admitted students. Parents seeking services are invited to attend registration sessions, which occur every Wednesday from 8:30am to 4pm.  Easter Seals also has after school care, which costs $55 a week.

Easter Seals has been helping individuals with disabilities and special needs, and their families, live better lives for nearly 90 years. The organization offers services ranging from child development centers to physical rehabilitation and job training for people with disabilities. It extends services and support through a network of more than 550 sites nationwide. Easter Seals also works in the areas of adult and senior services, and camping and recreation. Some of its corporate partners include Safeway Inc.; Century 21 Real Estate LLC; Food Lion, LLC; CVS Caremark Corporation; and Friendly Ice Cream Corporation.
