Hello, I am Tracy Baranauskas, founder of Moving Forward Life Coaching. I am a former social worker with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lake Erie College, and I am a Certified Life Coach. For much of my career, I provided compassionate support to individuals and families in both clinical and non-clinical settings. No matter the position, I have always found joy in helping my clients tap into their strengths and realize their true potential. So, when I lost my job quite unexpectedly about five years ago, life coaching seemed like a natural fit. Ironically, during the transition time when I was obtaining my life coaching certification, I had to use all the strategies I had previously taught to others to get myself back up and moving forward. And one of the first things I did was hire a life coach!
