North East High School offers academic programs to students in grades nine through 12, and is located in North East, Md. Its curriculum includes math, science, social studies, English, computer education, business, family and consumer sciences, health and fitness and technical education. Its career center assists students in assessing their interests, abilities, personal needs and preferences. Its sport program includes football, soccer, cross country, basketball, wrestling, baseball, tennis, golf and track. Its media center provides various resources, such as books, magazines, encyclopedias and newspapers. It serves nutritional breakfast and lunch to the students. It has various clubs and organizations. It also offers extracurricular activities, such as drama, music and public speaking.
