The Culver City Rock & Mineral Club Workshop is located just off Culver Boulevard, east of Elenda Street. The space is affiliated with Boy Scout Troop 113 and serves as a kind of clubhouse. For more than 50 years, the club has promoted education in the areas of earth science and lapidary arts.
The American Legion is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization chartered by the United States Congress in 1919 as a veteran's service organization devoted to the needs of service members and veterans. The goals of the organization include engaging the community's youth in special programs, advocating patriotism and promoting national security.
This American Legion Post is available to rent for events and meetings by the local community, and can provide food, drink, tables, chairs and kitchen facilities. With a maximum capacity of 250, the hall can be used for weddings, receptions, funerals, baptisms, confirmations, Girl & Boy Scout meetings and other private events.
