Established in 1979, the Grand Lake Mental Health Center is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of services for people with mental illnesses. The center offers outpatient and community integration programs. Its case management program provides individualized support to disabled people through assessment, planning, linkage, advocacy, coordination and monitoring activities.
