King County District Court, Bellevue Division, handles local criminal cases, processes passport applications and provides access to county court records. Civil cases are now handled at the Issaquah courthouse, 5415 220th Avenue S.E., Issaquah. Judge Janet Garrow is the presiding judge of King County District Court's East Division.
