The City of North Charleston Legal Department provides legal support and guidance to the City of Charleston. It serves the local community by appointment.
The city of Easley, South Carolina is located in the southeast corner of Pickens County in the northwest corner of the state. Easley is home to approximately 20,000 and is governed by a mayor and six elected members of city council.
The Berkeley County Summary Court is located in the rather hidden side entrance to an old North Goose Creek Boulevard shopping center. The site used to also house the county treasurer and auditor satellite offices, but those services were closed in 2011.
It's now located between the U.S. Post Office and the county's remaining office for Veteran Affairs.
The court covers countywide traffic, criminal and civil matters. The Goose Creek site is presided over by Judge Edward Sessions.
Housing the old town hall and the new town hall, Summerville Municipal Complex houses town meetings, elected officials and administration staff.
Both sides of the old town hall are framed with flowers, providing a great backdrop for photos.
