Scott Moretz is supervisor. Roads maintained by the state and Gwinnett transportation agencies are not under this department's control. This department also maintains City Hall, four parks and the Suwanee Creek Greenway.

This multi-use park and amphitheater is the emotional and cultural center of Suwanee. It is located at Buford Highway and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road, across from City Hall. Regular events include a farmer's market, and occasional events include Suwanee Day, concerts and performing arts.

Also, the annual Taste of Suwanee has featured many area merchants.

This park is located at the end of Old Peachtree Road, where it meets Rock Springs Road. Some of its highlights include a football field surrounded by a lighted walking track, six tennis courts, and a two-mile, paved hiking trail.

This 300-acre park is part of the Gwinnett County system and is very near the Suwanee Town Center and Lawrenceville Suwanee Road. It features ball fields, basketball courts and senior activities.

The structure opened in 2009 and houses major city offices, including city manager, City Council, business licenses and economic and community development. It sits near an amphitheater, which is the focal point of the city and site of many community events, such as Taste of Suwanee. A time capsule, planted at at the front door, is scheduled to be opened in 2059.
