The City of Santa Rosa Utilities Department, based in Santa Rosa, Calif., provides a rate and fee funded enterprise providing water delivery and wastewater collection services to more than 50,000 residential and commercial service locations. The department operates the sub regional wastewater treatment, disposal and industrial waste pretreatments systems serving Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, Cotati and the South Park County Sanitation District. In addition, it designs and provides construction management for water and wastewater projects. In the last few years, the department has added more than 30 miles of water main, over 20 miles of sewer main and more than 40 miles of reclaimed water main.

The Finley Aquatic Center, established in 1993, is a swimming facility and is a part of the City of Santa Rosa in California. The center features training, L-shaped instructional and enclosed wading pools. It is accessible with a pool ramp and wheelchair lift. The Finley Aquatic Center also houses coin-operated lockers, locker rooms with shower facilities, and reception and office units.
