Located in Brooklyn Center, Minn., the Osseo Adult Basic Education Program conducts adult academic classes and provides instruction in reading, writing and math for individuals preparing to enter the labor market and helps them to upgrade their level of employment. It offers an individualized learning plan and integrates computer-assisted learning options. The program supports English Language Learner classes for students who want to improve their ability to speak, listen and write in English language. The Osseo Adult Basic Education Program additionally supports a workforce education program.
