Beulah Church of God, located at the intersection of Marcy Avenue and Mcdonough Street, offers Sunday school, morning and afternoon worship services, Bible school and prayer services during the week. This church is led by Pastor Wilbur Jones.
Located in Bed-Stuy close to Tompkins Park, the Parsons Temple was founded by Connie G. Parson. The current Pastor is Rev. V. Robinson and Bishop S. Parson.
Immaculate Heart of Mary School is a private Catholic school located between E. 2nd and 3rd street. The school provides education to students from the pre-K to 8th grade level. It also seeks to share the Catholic faith, so all students are required to attend morning prayer, religion classes, liturgical and paraliturgical services. Its principal is Maureen E. Rooney.
Located on Dean Street across from the public park, the Temple of Restoration is a pentecostal church with a global reach. The church has locations across the country, as well as in Cape Verde and South Africa. Sunday services are at 7:30am, 10am and 6pm.
