Tapestry Ministries holds weekly services and potluck dinners at the Ecumenical Center of Berkeley, just north of UC Berkeley, which it shares with several other ministries. Services are led by Rev. Mary Donovan-Turner, Ph.D. The church is affiliated with Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), as well as the Cosmopolitan Baptist Church of Oakland. The church teaches outreach and justice ministries and has a HIV/AIDS - Health and Human Service Outreach Ministry, among others.
