Chocolatier Blue sells gourmet chocolates in 10-, 15- and 20-piece boxes. Flavors include almond, caramel, espresso, hazelnut and peppermint. It also has several unusual chocolates, such as sunflower and orange marmalade, pear with bay leaf, and peanut butter and strawberry jam. All of the chocolates use Five-Star organic butter that comes from California. Please note that the chocolates have a shelf life of three weeks, and that you should not refrigerate them.
