Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies offers information to the state government, community planners, policy makers and human service organizations. It also provides professional development, technical assistance and training opportunities to over 900 staff members. The organization administers the Gateways to Opportunity, Great START and Illinois Trainers Network programs. Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies additionally offers Quality Rating System, which assists child care programs in providing care for children and their families and is funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
