Jones-Blair Company is a fully integrated research, manufacturing and marketing organization headquartered in Dallas. It consists of two divisions: Jones-Blair High Performance Coatings for industrial maintenance applications and corporate re-imaging coatings, and Neogard surface-applied waterproofing, seamless epoxy flooring, elastomeric roofing and wall coating systems. Jones-Blair services include on-the-job technical assistance, line surveys, technical audits, and process improvement recommendations. It has laboratories that are dedicated to resin synthesis, coatings development, chemical analysis and coating performance testing and is ISO 9001:2000 registered. Jones-Blair also has an internal quality program that consists of a completely documented quality system to control all aspects of production and ensure its consistent fulfillment of customer requirements. Its quality control process includes raw materials and lot control throughout its production. In addition to its main office in Dallas, Jones-Blair has customer service centers in Bellaire, Texas and Chattanooga, Tenn.
