Founded in 1954, Presentation BVM Roman Catholic Church places emphasis on the need for Christian values in society. Father Montero presides over the Wynnewood Parish. Catholics within the parish boundaries are encouraged to register. Wintertime Mass is on the same schedule as summertime except for an additional Sunday meeting time of 11:30am.
Presentation BVM has several community outreach programs. Volunteers are welcome to join in the collection of food for the poor held on the second Tuesday of every month.
The All Saints' Church in Wynnewood is a traditional Anglican church located in Main Line Philadelphia. Services use the 1928 Book of Common Prayer and the 1940 Hymnal. The church is under the direction of interim rector Rev. Edward Rix. In addition to weekend and weekday services, a variety of activities are offered, including Bible study, adult forums, Christian education, Sunday school, potlucks and book clubs.
Reverend Armenag Bedrossian presides over Saint Mark's located on Haverford Road in Wynnewood. The first Armenian Catholic parish was founded in Philadelphia in the year 1923. Saint Mark's encourages all Armenian Catholics located within parish boundaries to register with the church. Saint Mark's performs marriage ceremonies, baptism, Holy Communion, anointing of the sick and, when needed, Father Armenag will bring communion to the sick, elderly or disabled when unable to attend Badarak.
