Along with regular worship services, the church also has a variety of outreach programs. The Mary Cupboard's group helps to provide those in need with emergency food. Parishioners who participate in Project Hope visit shut-ins, transporting them to medical appointments and providing similar services. Other outreach programs include the Good Samaritan group, persons with a disabilities team, Ecumenical ministry team, Respect Life Committee, Aid for Friends and more.
St. Thomas More Church is a Roman Catholic Church that serves the Pittsburgh community. The church is open daily for worship services with extra services on Sundays. The church also offers a variety of ministries, religious education programs and youth groups.

St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church is located along Siebert Road near the McKnight retail shopping corridor. The Rev. John R. Rushofsky is the pastor. There are nearly 8,000 registered parishioners from over 3,000 North Hills households. The church campus also features a parochial K-8 school that includes a gymnasium. Its mission is to "joyfully meet the needs of others through Christian service in a welcoming community."
