Carrabba s Italian Grill is a chain of casual dining restaurants with locations throughout the United States. Carrabba s is owned and operated by OSI Restaurant Partners. Carrabba s serves flavorful Italian dishes prepared from ingredients imported from around the world--fresh mussels rope grown in the icy cold waters off the coast of Prince Edward Island, or Borges extra virgin olive oil imported from Catalonia, Spain, and Garafolo pasta imported from a small town outside Pompeii. The restaurant uses only USDA Choice beef, and its chicken and fish are always fresh, never frozen. It also offers specialty drinks, including a citrotini, Italian sangria, pomegranate martini and wild berry cocktail. The restaurant features a dining room, patio and bar, with seating for more than 240 people. Carrabba s also offers gift cards for birthday parties, anniversaries and family celebrations.
