The Parkwest Surgery Center is a multispecialty ambulatory health care facility that offers surgical and post surgical care services for individuals of all ages. Thompson Cancer Survival Center, a division of Covenant Health, is based in Knoxville, Tenn. Thompson Cancer also has a Thompson Methodist facility in Oak Ridge, Tenn., and a West Knoxville, Tenn. facility that provides Positron Emission Tomography imaging, medical and radiation oncology. The center provides care for sufferers of breast cancer, lung cancer and a form of esophageal cancer known as Barrett s esophagus with dysplasia.
