MARC associates also assist clients in preparations for arbitration and collective bargaining, as well as serving as management advocate chief negotiators and negotiating team members. In addition to the in-house programs specifically tailored for MARC clients, generic conferences conducted several times annually throughout the United States provide a broad range of information and materials in the fields of employee relations and labor relations. These conferences and the annual MARC Client Protocol Conference enable MARC clients to be continually updated and provide materials for MARC clients to maintain their MARC systems actively through their own in-house follow-up approach.
