We are a Santa Barbara-based boutique estate planning and estate litigation law firm, with satellite offices in Santa Ynez, in the heart of Santa Barbara wine country. Our clients range from vagabond surfers with few assets (save their Al Merrick Big Willy surfboard), to bluebloods who have taxable estates the size of which could fund a small country. (Well…maybe not that big…). We love our clients, our work, and the law. We believe in honor, character, morality, logic, and common sense. We fight against liars, cheats and thieves who steal from the rightful beneficiaries of trusts and estates. Far too often the victims in these cases are elderly – defrauded by family, friends, caregivers, and even professional advisors.
