Top of the Hill Restaurant and Brewery was started as a mingling place for graduate students, faculty, town residents, tourists and undergraduates. Today, it is one of the leading breweries in America and features various historic photographs. Located in Chapel Hill, N.C., Top of the Hill Restaurant and Brewery also hosts several wedding rehearsal dinners, sorority socials, bachelor parties and corporate networking cocktails. Its lunch menu includes lizard chips, spinach wraps, grilled sandwiches, smoked salmon croissants and chicken pizzas. The restaurant s wine list features pinot noir, chardonnay, zinfandel, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. Top of the Hill Restaurant and Brewery also donates to local charities, including the American Heart Association, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Cornucopia House, Jaycee Burn Center, and various churches and schools.
