Class One Mixed Martial Arts & CrossFit offers the fighting disciplines of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling and Sanda Kickboxing for a modern and effective approach to martial arts training combined with the most complete and comprehensive strength and conditioning program, CrossFit. Luis Azeredo is our BJJ and Muay Thai coach. He has a black belt in BJJ and in Chute Boxe Muay Thai. Luis has fought in the Pride and Bellator. Andrea Galbiati is our Muay Thai & Boxing coach. He is a 2 time professional kickboxing world champion. Jill Emery is our Boxing coach and is a world welterweight professional boxing champion. Maxmillion Chen is our Sanda (Chinese style) Kickboxing coach. Max is a two time bronze medalist at the world championships. He is also a 6 time national team member. Nicolae Catana is our Greco Roman Wrestling coach. Nick was the cadet national team coach of Romania and has coached 5 junior national champions.
