Incorporated in 1964, Benihana Inc. is the operator of the nations largest chain of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants. Located in the Woodlands, Texas, it offers a variety of cuisine, such as Teppanyaki dishes, sushi dishes, wine and alcohol-free drinks, among others. The restaurant offers childrens menu which includes shrimp appetizers, Benihana salads, Hibachi vegetables, steamed rice and ice cream. Benihana Inc. operates through 97 restaurants nationwide, including 63 Benihana Teppanyaki restaurants, nine Haru sushi restaurants and 25 RA Sushi restaurants. Additionally, 20 franchised Benihana Teppanyaki restaurants operate in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
