Wood Fired Pizza serves pizza using the traditional, old-world methods, using a super-hot wood-burning oven to cook all its pizzas. The pizzas are inspired by traditional methods, too, using only fresh ingredients and made in house from scratch and using traditional non-refrigerated dough for optimal flavor and texture -- even the yeast is locally sourced. Choose from a variety of toppings, including cheeses, vegetables, meats and more. Wood Fired Pizza also offers a selection of beers and wines, espresso drinks and desserts.
