The First Parish Church United is a church with two demoninations located in the historic district of town. The church recognizes the Unitarian Universalist and the United Church of Christ. It serves the residents of Westford and the surrounding communities. This location has a nursery school, child care and youth groups for children in middle school through high school. In addition, small study groups are held for adults in the congregation. Services are held every Sunday.
Ta-Dah is a dance studio located near Littleton Road in Westford with three spacious dance studios and experienced instructors. The dance studio offers classes for dancers as young as 2.5 years old and up to adult, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, cheer, drama and more. Parents can relax in the large lobby area, which has viewing windows that look into each studio.
The Butterfly Place is large-scale aviary, housing more than 40 varieties of the brightly colored fluttering specimen. In an open-space greenhouse, visitors can observe these creatures in their element, with caterpillars walking about the flora and chrysalises adorning branches and stems.
The Franco-American Club is a nonprofit cultural community organization fully staffed by volunteers and run by a board of directors. Members receive access to the Franco Lounge, which includes a bar and a TV area. (Nonmembers can rent the club's banquet hall for corporate or personal events.) Outings such as bus trips, dinners and sports matches are also run through the club.
Parish Center for the Arts is a private, non-profit arts center. This volunteer-run organization provides a wide range of arts performances, including theatre, comedy, concerts, musical performances and dance performances, as well as workshops and special events, including art showings, gallery events and open mic nights.
