Who We Serve Any person who lives, works or worships in Dallas County, Denton County, Ellis County the City of Arlington, or within 10 miles of any branch, is eligible for membership. Built on more than 89 years of relationships and trust, Neighborhood Credit Union serves over 56,000 members who are under-served by traditional banking institutions.
