Pila's Colossal Cake & Supply is located in the Santa Rosa Shopping Center. It has every cake making supply you could imagine: templates, cupcake baking cups, sprinkles, pre-made flowers, cardboard rounds and more. Custom cake orders can also be placed. Private parties and classes are also available. Check the website for the most current class schedule.
All of the Above Inc. is a gluten-free bakery. Its entrance is a little hard to find, but it's right next to an Allstate office and a ramp leads up to a side entrance, which is actually the bakery's front door. Owner Lorilyn Teasdale says about the location, "We're hard to find, but easy to get to." The bakery includes made-to-order cakes, prepared baked goods and a coffee shop. There are dairy-free and soy-free items available here as well.
