Aslan Institute is a mental health clinic which offers a wide range of therapeutic services to patients in the greater Eagan area. Services include Reiki, occupational therapy, marriage and family therapy, communication skills training, movement, health coaching, breath and voice work, meditation and creative arts therapies. It also offers a range of workshops and training courses on such topics as Midwifing Death, Couples Communication, Mind-Body Skills Groups, Evolution of Consciousness Training and Practices for Self-Realization.
Knights of Columbus is located off of Hamline Ave North in Roseville MN. The organization is made up of Catholic Men who have a a strong belief in healthy families, a strong community and the Catholic Church. The Roseville office of the Knights of Columbus is only one of the Minneosta locations.
The Woodbury Athletic Association has long been the governing body for youth athletics in the area. The WAA runs baseball, softball, soccer, football, wrestling and basketball teams for both boys and girls from its headquarters at Royals Stadium on the campus of Woodbury High School.
The Vasatka-Goers WWII VFW Post #6690 was founded in April of 1946, and was named after the first soldier and airman from the area who lost their lives in World War II. The post's 312 members have served in a variety of overseas conflicts, including World War II, Vietnam, Korea, Iraq and Afghanistan. The bar and activity room are open to members and their guests. The banquet rooms are available for rent, and buzz with activity during the Post's many events, including holiday parties, taco nights and fish frys. The American Legion, AMVETS and the Mendota City Council also hold their meetings at the VFW building. The post sponsors annual Voice of Democracy and Patriot's Pen scholarship contests for local students.
