Nebraska Machine Products is one of the leading manufacturers of specialty screw machine components. Founded in 1966, the company has become one of the largest screw machine shops in Nebraska. When its nearly 40 automatic machines are at full production they utilize 80 to 100 tons of material a month. The comapny can produce minute parts for the electronic/computer industry, as well as machine the larger parts required in the hydraulic, agricultural, oil field and automotive industries. Additional services offered by the company include cross-drilling, center-less grinding, broaching, silver-soldering, welding, assemblies and sub-assemblies, machining of castings and vibratory finishing. The shop works with a variety of materials. Parts are machined out of plastic, brass, aluminum, stainless alloys and all types of steel alloys.
