Package Pavement, headquartered in Stormville, N.Y., is a diversified manufacturer of cement and asphalt products for the construction and building repair industry. Its products include a permanent blacktop repair product consisting of a polymer modified asphalt that is ready to use and requires no mixing and no heating, and a blacktop patch that consists of sand and cutback asphalt.
