Billing itself as a healthy fast food restaurant, The Flame Broiler uses no trans fats and no MSG. Your food is broiled, not fried, without the skin. Among the extras and sides are rice, veggies, and kimchi--a spicy Korean concoction of cabbage, pepper, onions, garlic and powdered baby shrimp and/or anchovy.

The friendly folks at Teriyaki Ichiban both serve customers quickly and deliver ($25 minimum order). The lunch specials start at $6.95 for four pieces of sushi, a salad and eight pieces of a California roll. Besides the namesake teriyaki, the restaurant features a full selection of sashimi and sushi, bento boxes, ramen and udon noodles and dishes like Katsu curry.
