The San Bernardino County Museum is a wonderful affordable place to visit on any day. The gift shop is filled with great souvenirs to take home or gifts to give out, but that's not all. This place is full of sites that provoke not only thought, but wonder. On the first floor there's a hall filled with not educational and really cool exhibits of San Bernardino wilderness that you never new existed. On the second floor are birds, lots of birds of different sizes, shapes, hunter predators along with scavengers. And for you geology geeks there is a hall filled with minerals of all sorts of hardnesses, from basalt to quartz, the humble and the extravagant. There's even a pretty neat history exhibit. As if all this wasn't enough, twice a year, there are temporary exhibits full of astounding wonders and marvels that you've only heard of. Be sure to give them a visit as it's truly something to see.  Oh, and the pictures here are only a small portion of what you can see at the museum.
